Technical Requirements
Provisioning and support of Office 365, MS Azure, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
Document and maintain and update customer systems and configurations.
Perform physical and logical analysis of client networks and its applications.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Support and diagnosis of technical issues involving Firewalls, VPNs and Routing.
Technical knowledge in Telecom Network topics: MPLS, spanning tree, routers, Layer 2/3 switches, WIFI, VoIP, firewalls and UTM.
Ability to develop automation using scripting languages.
Flexibility to work a schedule that will meet the demand of our customers as required.
Pager duty, after hours, weekend and stat holiday work on demand.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.
