Serve as technical owner for ServiceNow engagements Lead and mentor a team of developers Drive requirement discovery, solution design, and implementation Own sprint delivery including development, unit testing, peer review Design and customize complex workflows Translate business requirements into technical solutions Manage upgrades, cloning, deployments, and production support Oversee integrations via REST, SOAP, Integration Hub Ensure platform health, compliance, and best practices Conduct blueprinting workshops and effort estimation Lead knowledge transfer and training sessions

Requirements: Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory Previous customer service experience (call center or client-facing role preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities Comfortable working in both in-office and remote environments Proficient with basic computer applications and customer service software

As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will design, implement, and customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet our clients' business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and provide exceptional user experiences.
